Elite Power Coaching Package

$299.00 per month; 6 month minimum- This is the premier coaching package for the athlete ready to take their fitness and competition level to a new high. Your training will be closely monitored using power file analysis, and WKO+ software to track every aspect of your athletic progress. Training Peaks Premier account access is included for ease information and communication. You will also have unlimited email access, a weekly phone consultation, and a weekly 1-2-1 Coaching Session to keep your training and fitness focused and progressing towards your goals. Cyclists must train with a power meter on the bike, and Triathletes must use GPS for running workouts and data recovery. Monthly plan testing and monitoring are included, and Elite Power Coaching (EPC) clients receive a 50% discount on Race Day Coach Packages, and special pricing on select cycling power meters. 

Pro Power Coaching Package

$249.00 per month; 6 month minimum- This is the package for the athlete who is experienced with the use of a power meter, and wants to unlock their potential with strategic training. Power file analysis and Training Peaks Premier account access is included; and unlimited email access and 1 phone conversation per week with your coach will keep you on the cutting edge of your fitness. Power Meter on the bike is strongly encouraged but not required, and Triathletes should use a GPS based system for running workouts and data recovery. Quarterly power testing is included, and Pro Power Coaching (PPC) clients receive a 50% discount on 1-2-1 Training Sessions.

Level 1- Monthly Online Coaching:

$149.00 per month; 6 month minimum
- This program is for competitive athletes and first timers that are ready to take their training and racing to the next level. It includes a Power-On Training Session fitness consultation based on test results. We will specifically work on your limiters, and enhance your strengths to produce a faster, stronger athlete. Cyclists and Triathletes will use a heart rate and power/pace based system to make your training more accurate utilizing technology. You will have unlimited email consultation, 1 monthly phone consultation, and receive 2 week blocks per month. You will also use the Training Peaks Premium website to access your workouts online to maximize your communication with your coach. 

1-2-1 Training Session:


$60.00/hr; variable travel expense
- Private training session and instruction with your coach. Learn riding and training skills, full rider assessment from body positioning and equipment; and technique and workout structuring. Video analysis is also available contact us for pricing.


12 Week Race Specific Plan:

$149.00- Training plan geared toward a specific race or goal. It is for an athlete ready to achieve a maximal performance under the guidance of a specific plan. It includes a 1 time consultation with your coach, and specific workouts to make sure you arrive at the starting line prepared to perform at your best.

8 Week Race Specific Plan:

$99.00- Training plan for the athlete with base training and development wanting to put the finishing touches on a race specific event. This plan will give you the tools to have your best performance of the season, or a second specific goal.
